4. Payments

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Pan-India delivery is subject to service availability
• Zenvia is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners

6. Cancellations & Returns

Due to the customized nature of corporate gifting:

• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
