1. Applicability

This policy applies to all orders placed with Zenvia Corporate Gifting Solutions. Due to the customized and bulk nature of corporate gifting, returns are subject to the conditions below.

2. Non-Returnable Items
  • Customized or branded products
  • Bulk orders produced as per client specifications
  • Gift items approved via samples or mockups
3. Eligible Returns
  • Damaged products during transit
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Manufacturing defects (verified)
4. Return Request Process
  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share images or videos of the damaged/incorrect items
  • Approval is subject to internal quality verification
5. Refunds

Once a return request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method
  • Refund timelines may range from 7–10 business days
  • Partial refunds may apply for partial order issues
6. Replacements

Where applicable, we may offer replacements instead of refunds, depending on product availability and timelines.

7. Shipping Responsibility
  • Zenvia bears return shipping costs for approved cases
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
8. Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once production or branding has commenced. Cancellation eligibility (if any) is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
